Supervision and consultation for the clinicians who hold everyone else.

Most therapists do not reach out at the first sign of stress.
By the time you go looking for supervision or consultation, you have usually been carrying it alone for months. Second guessing a clinical decision at eleven at night. Sitting with a complex trauma case and no one to think it through with. Loving this work and still feeling emptied out by it. Wondering whether the question you want to ask will make you sound like you should already know the answer.
“Am I doing enough for my clients?”
“I feel isolated in private practice.”
“What if my questions sound basic?”
“Will supervision feel evaluative instead of supportive?”
These questions are normal. They are often the very reason supportive supervision is so valuable.
I'm Andrea Tuliao, MSW, LICSW
None of us are meant to navigate life’s challenges alone. Whether you are seeking therapy, professional consultation, or clinical supervision, having the right support can make all the difference. That belief is why I created Restorative Oasis, a place where healing, growth, and meaningful connection sit at the center of every relationship.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training. I provide trauma informed, culturally responsive, and affirming care.
My goal isn’t simply to help you become a better therapist. It’s to help you build a career that is clinically meaningful, ethically grounded, and personally sustainable.
What supervisees tell me they value

Before you reach out
No. This is a drop in group. You register for the dates that work for you and you pay per session you attend. There is no application and no full term commitment.
There are no basic questions in this group. Most of what associate clinicians worry about sounding naive is exactly what deserves careful thought.
My approach is collaborative and relational. You will get honest feedback, delivered with kindness and respect, along with practical guidance.
I am a Washington State approved supervisor. Bring your specific licensure track and your remaining hour requirements to a free 15 minute call.
One hour on Thursday mornings, before most caseloads start. Drop in scheduling exists so a heavy week does not cost you a whole term.
Clinicians usually come to me after months of carrying complex cases alone, and what they get back is confidence, clearer decision making, and a career that feels sustainable.
If you want licensure hours signed without meaningful clinical reflection, or you prefer a purely directive supervision style, we are probably not the right match.
